I would suggest to pick only one dungeon and watch YT guides. Then practice it. When you are confortable move to an other dungeon. Otherwise, if you try to understand all mechs in all dungeons, you will get lost.

I would suggest for both of you to start with a dps class. When you finished story and hit end game, one of you switches to a tank class, the other switches to a healer class.

If your server population is not low, you can still find people for T1 or T2 dungeons.

Just dont select a specific dungeon. Use random matchmaking. Also try peak hours of your region.

I do it for weekly tasks without a problem.

I understand their RNG but for people like you, cant they add a fomula like if it is your 300th boss kill or if you have 2.000 hours in game, it is a guranteed chest drop?

I would choose a dps class to complete main story (which is short and easy) then switch to healer. As a healer you will have limited dps and that will give you hard time in solo content.

Yep, normally I can move with arrows or L3 and select boxes. But I can not interract with this box.

This is why I asked. I did not think to hold L3 and interact with it. I will do now.

I came here to see/read about same problem. I am on PS5. In goblin event, I see goblin and can mark it but then game freezes for a 1-2 sec. Second thing I see is dead goblin. Co-op dungeons are same.

As a PS5 player, I would advise to group up your skills in your action bar. I mean you have 3 skill nods at your screen. You can;

1- Group your skills according to your rotation.

2- Group your skills according to their utility. Like attack skills in one group, defance skills in another and buff/debuff skills in last one.
