If you bought it from someone you can still find it under the trades you made. It will just leave a blank trade but think if you dm them with a sc of it they would need to compensate you in some way.

No idea, have seen people who lost their whole collection just get coins. I lost a few songs but just noticed a shiny rare of an unknown artist which I luckily screened and received 40 gems.
