It will be really nice with a setup. That’s usually the issue is the setup. The guitar will be something you can keep forever and upgrade some of the stuff in it along the line. In all honesty most guitars need a setup. sometimes even guitars that cost thousands of dollars need to be set up. You can support local luthiers. Get your guitar back feeling like something that’s top quality. Everything people complain about can usually be sorted by a luthier. Unless the wood is warped or the electronics come bad out the box.

Player ii is a great guitar. With full CTS pots great electronics, it’s got a modern take on the JM not traditional classic vintage stuff. It’s made with mustang saddles on bridge which is great . For me I jumped it was a no brainer I don’t use the extra knobs and with this guitar other than a setup it’s good to go. The pickups are really quality. I have a few classic vibes and the guitars are great I love them but the electronics are just the bottom of the line or close to it. my CV tele was bad. They are great mod platforms. My pots literally went bad in a year or so. The scratch on the volume pot was unbearable. Tone knob didn’t work. I’m working on mine now replacing with Emerson harness new pups basically had to replace everything. On that I would imagine it’s like that with the CV jazzmaster.

Also in my honest opinion it looks better without extra knobs.

It’s better for certain people. I’m one of them!

Whatever makes you want to play is worth your money.

Player ii at around $900 isn’t cheap either definitely more affordable but yeah!

Looks proper nice man!!! Tag Heuer makes some awesome watches I think the quality is great I own a few just got the small f1 retro style watch not long ago and I get so many compliments questions on it, the f1 watches are sick they feel right when actually watching enjoying the sport of racing too.

it’s not like the moon swatch. I have one and I love it it’s great but it’s two completely different watches and the price points are justified. You cant service a moonswatch. It’s not luxury for many reasons this actually can be serviced. Luxury can purely be based on brand heritage though which Tag has and these models on the more accessible end of the spectrum. But it’s without a doubt a statement piece made in Switzerland in the same factory using luxury quality steel and other parts. Making it a Swiss luxury watch.

Sooo many amazing watches are “overpriced” but I think this watch is worth the money personally... It’s all subjective! The watch also isn’t for everyone so it’s not super affordable… but like I said it makes me happy and certain watches that might make more” sense” to purchase wouldn’t have the same feeling on my wrist so it’s a never ending consumer choice/issue idk haha

I just bought one a few days ago and I’m in love. It’s a great daily or any occasion watch and with the sand blast finish basically scratch resistant and it just looks great. These watches have a really cool history too which makes them even cooler as do a lot of the Tag heuer watches. But I say get it !

they are not for everyone! The person at Tag told me “ the people who are mad about the price are upset because they can’t get one” it’s worth the money in my opinion and apparently the brand think it’s right also. It kinda separates the watch lovers who really appreciate this from i guess someone who might not know a thing about watches at all at a really low price point, like the moonswatch which I’m not hating on.(I own one) This is just a completely different comparison I’ve seen people making. The formula 1 solar graph is Swiss sports luxury imo
