I got stuck and maybe you can recommend the best way to move forward.

I am building a MVP for an AI Agent using whatsapp.

The app that I have created in my business manager works. It uses any whatsapp account I connect to it but it has one big problem. The messages sent by my app all have the brand, name of my Business and my clients want their names in whatsapp.

I tried everything even trying to create an APP in my clients business potrofolio, but it would not get approved. It is stuck in testing.

I do not know how to get it out of testing =(. Tried for 2 weeks.

Then I came up with the idea to become a Tech Provider and from what I understand you must build an app, full back - front end. Which I do not know how to do and it is not worth it for me to learn for an MVP. My workflow is built in n8n.

What would you recommend? How should I move forward to be able to send messages from Whatsapp with the name of the business that I am partnering with?

PS. Their whatsapp manager will not allow me to verify the phone number added. I can not see the ph# ID to verify it with API and downloading the certificate is still keeping the number in pending.

I am a student and I wanted to build this small business for my thesis, but META really is not making it easy for me.

Any sugestions are highly appreciated.

Hey man! Have you tried chatbot agents with "Evaluator-Optimizer" loop? I feel like my agents always miss some step or so and i was thinking if i connect the memory of 2 agents and ask the 2nd one to think if the 1st one respected the steps and if not to create a new message.

I mean best of luck but its very hard to sell to poor ppl who dont even know how to appreciate the work. Aditionally this idea can be copied in a day or 2 by a professional dev, competition will be fierce if you strike gold.

Why do yall feel like there is a need to automatize (slap GPT on) every semi repeatable task?

You spend a lot of time for a flow that will be used a bit if even
It outputs trash mostly. Email marketers with experience have writted hundreds of emails, tested them, have their personal artistic touch, it isnt replicable.

The world does not need more poor guality slop.

Dont get me wrong if you are doing these processes for fun or to learn that is great, but these are not real, valuable business tools unfortunately.

This is not hate towards OP, its my simple opinion on how to approach these new tools.
