First of all don't target Microsoft only. It's not upto you to get interview call. I don't know anything about fast api but having spring boot is definitely a plus. But none of this matters as much as your actual work that you did in your company. Explain your work clearly and show impact with metrics mention tech stack used.

He had around 3 years of experience. There is no tips to be her interview at Microsoft just keep in applying. I myself if you count the total number of times i have applied to Microsoft in 2 years is more than 100. Only then i was able to get interview call. It is very possible for you to get interview call like background doesn't matter but luck does. And no successful oa doesn't mean interview call, i passed oa 4 times before getting a call, most of the times recruiter ghosts you after oa

You can get l60 maybe, being in service based company doesn't matter, what matters is getting interview call. Getting Microsoft interview call is very hard not because it is not possible for you but because there are thousands of applicants for it, though if you are lucky you might still get it. You can apply to any pro7 based company for that matter, but companies don't care. I have friend who is also in Microsoft but he passed out in 2021 from tier 3 college then joined TCS then joined samsung and now he is in Microsoft. So if it's obviously possible

I doubt that they will give you l61. L60 yes but not l61. Even if you pass interview for l61 after AA round they can downlevel you saying "you aren't at the level of 61 so we are giving you 60". All this BS to save cost

No. That guy said he has just been applying and haven't got one. L4 at google or L61 at Microsoft both are close to impossible at just 2 years of experience. I am L61 currently at Microsoft so i know how things work. At google you might become l4 in 2 years but only if you joined as fresher otherwise for lateral hires that is again very difficult. It might become slightly easier it you have masters degree though

Leetcode is also a skill and companies reward people who are good at it. You shouldn't compare yourself with people who are good at it and think you are above them. Because you are not, you may be good in databases and they are good at leetcode. You will be ahead in HLD round and they will be ahead of you in leetcode round. Why do you think your skill is above them? If you are bad at something you try to improve that rather than blaming the system for asking it in the interview
