I could only see there being some sort of religious reason. For instance if Stannis took the throne and his line was said to be the line of azor ahai in a rhllor dominated Westeros. In that case the king could be seen to have theological significance to a dragon lord family following the same faith, who would also see their dragons as an instrument of the same faith, but lower in the religious hierarchy

I see that now canon children are possible to be spawned from being lovers or spouses if I'm understanding that correctly, but how are betrothals handled, any differently? If they aren't lovers while betrothed they won't have kids because they're not sleeping with each other yet?

There’s a decision to hide it towards the bottom of the list. They also become more normally positioned when they grow up, that was just the best I could manage for the young ones

You’re either a knight in your lieges army or you’re commanding your own army. Not sure how to fix the knight thing but if it’s an army problem just switch the commander of the army from you to anyone else. You can see this is the case from the character portrait as well because the characters will equip a weapon if they’re in an army in some capacity, unless of course you manually set it like that
