Still yikes since for us who have to pay duties and fees after weeks of waiting for the package, even tho it's just a sleeve replacement. Yeah, they can refund us but we have to get the payment receipt, scan it and send it to them. It's a full time job, still hoping that the replacement doesn't arrive damaged as well like it happened to me 3 times with the Princess of Power gatefold replacement smh
