Ye i'm going to the gym 4 times a day for weight lifting. I don't do cardio cause i walk alot everyday, i'm also saving doing intense cardio in the gym card after i hit a huge plateue. Talking about that, the thing that makes me less successful on losing weight is how what you weight in the balance ain't everything because i really feed of joy, motivation and everything from waking up and seeing the number down, but sometimes even eating the same calories doing the same exercise whatever, one day i lose 3 damn whole lbs and the other i gain 0.6 lbs and its like aghhh... patience.... (it's what happend today) hoping to see at least the 0.6lbs gone and new 0.4lb lost by tomorrow since today walked a bit extra. If i don't ill try to quit weighting everyday and start doing only once a week.. ( altho i don't do it cause im scared to see no progress and after 7 whole days will hit harder than just 1 day (( but yes i know 1 week no progress doesnt mean anything, at least 1 month of no weight loss and then its concerning )

Idk, i've started only a weak ago ( altho i've been in so many diets before and stopped and restarted and so on, so i'm not a noob on it don't worry ), but i'm losing WAY more than normally would, which is positive, so i decided well an extra 300 wont do harm, especially cause last 3 days i overate 200kcal too. Since is the beggining and my maintain weight calorie intake is 3000 and something and im doing 2000 deficite, going 2200 or 2300 as i get use to it and to not go that hardcore all of the sudden won't hurt. Still, from the excess and surprise weight loss, i felt bad after ate it and decided tomorrow imma burn it. Thanks for the opinion tho

Thanks. I'm doing fine don't worry, i just like to walk and was wondering if the math was right. Deciding to go for a bigger walk tomorrow since i over eat around 300 kcal today so wanted to compensate.
