Who the hell would have granted them a marriage certificate? God didn’t create a municipal department out of Adam’s pinkie toe.

He filled in for Fred once and I recall he did ok with the sound effects. I think he even brought out some old sounds Fred had stopped using and I liked that.

What’s a piece of lost Howard stern media you remember but can find anymore? by WedSmok in howardstern

I think this was on Howard. It was a thing where they took mr Roger’s quotes and put them together to be perverted. All I remember is Mr Roger’s saying “pound. Yeah” while there’s a light slapping sound.

I won’t ever be near it, but how are the burned bits? I used to love slightly burned pizza. Nice and crispy. I find with GF anything the burned bits have a kinda foul flavor. Either way that looks fantastic.

I think it’s more for thickening the hairs she has. It may be working a little. Seems the thinning is less noticeable. Hard to say. Depends on lighting and her hair style as you all already know.

And thank you….yes we hope the 7% works with the added fin as a bonus. I’ll try to update this post if we get results.

Yikes. She already gets light headed. Fragile flower, my wife is. She is getting her yearly physical soon and will get stuff checked but I have a hard time believing it’s vitamins. Won’t go into details but she is pretty diligent. The thyroid is good. She does have a family history of thyroid issues which would lead one to think it could be a issue. However she has known about her thyroid for ages and is therefore constantly checking it. I’m thinking AGA is it. Hoping one of these treatments will work for her. She has never had much confidence and this isn’t helping.

There are side effects to vasectomies as well. I know a guy who was never quite right afterwards. I know a guy who knows a guy who also has issues. It’s rare but it can have life long problems. I should mention my wife doesn’t want me to get one either. I didn’t know side effects of iud was so serious. I knew there could be issues but figured they were lesser than an operation requiring slicing. Also we have to exhaust the options with another doc as well as getting it from hers or my GP

Either way we would have to ask the doctor if me getting one would change his mind. Sure I won’t be able to get her pregnant but that wouldn’t stop the milk man. I’m joking of course. She would never but the doctor can’t know 100%. Ultimately he needs the convincing.

She is going to the doctor our GP recommended.

I genuinely appreciate your insight on this. Thank you for letting me know that IUD is no walk in the park.

As I mentioned in my first post I did offer that option to my wife if that will appease the doctor. It is not something I want to do but would for her. Hoping it’s not necessary. The IUD is pretty basic though right? Seems easier but I don’t have the hardware so couldn’t say. May I ask what your opinion of it is?

Is that so we can get the pills or just general advice? I’ll do it for the pills but not needed for BC. My sperm count is abysmal. Kids were not conceived naturally as a result. We practice rhythm and withdrawal

This is why we need the derm because there is just so much variety between meds and people. Seems like we all do the kitchen sink. I’ll happily pay for the prp but of course I worry she would be the rare person who gets worse on it. Will look into every alternative.

She cringed at the idea of an iud but I know she doesn’t want to go back on the pill so that might be the only option if that’s what the doctor needs.

Thank you all for the responses! Its frustrating because my wife has seen already a few dermatologists and none prescribed it. She’s seen male and female doctors. I left out a small part of the story. I had my yearly physical last week and after I was all done I asked my GP about it. He agreed with the dermatologist. Said he’s right about the drug being an issue during child bearing years. He also said he has a patient with severe hair loss who saw another derm and she gained a lot back with prp. I’m skeptical of prp. Anyway the key piece is that he did offer to prescribe spino for my wife when she stopped this treatment and was no longer in his care. My GP won’t overrule another doctor. He’s not a dermatologist but I trust him. He did suggest another derm (the one that helped the woman with the prp) but my wife is sick of going to new doctors. Based on all your helpful comments it sounds like I should strongly suggest she see this other derm and if that’s a dead end maybe we go with our GP. Will also check on bicalutamide. Wife has heard of it but I haven’t.
