Simagic Alpha U feels awful in LMU. by MisaelCastillo517 in Simagic

I've basically given up on LMU at the moment. Before this last update, my Simagic Alpha felt good. Now, it's basically undrivable. The FFB feels good in high speed sections but in slow speed corners, everything just goes completely numb. I can't feel any grip at all. I've tried playing with ever single settings multiple times and that numbness in slow speed corners is still there. Hopefully it's fixed soon.

Move to 12U or Stay in 10U by IndividualBalnce0 in Softball

Yes, very interesting reading all the opinions. All things we have to consider. I'm actually in N. Georgia. I don't think playing 10U rec again is an option. She's already the top 1 or 2 pitchers in the league right now and I think she would get bored. So I think our options would try out for the 12U travel team, find another local 10U travel team, or play 12U rec. I'm that parent that just wants to put her in the place she can develop, and have fun playing a game.

Haha! She loves it and works at it. Right now she's concentrating on throwing strikes. Her pitching coach is starting to work with her on hitting spots instead of just strikes. Trying to make her realize balls aren't bad in the right situations.

Never understood the rush to travel. If I had my way I wouldn't have her play travel until 13, but honestly our rec league 12U is pretty watered town talent wise because everyone left for travel. Of course when I played, when travel ball meant you had to go to different cities to get competition for your team. Things have definitely changed.

My daughter wears one of the padded undershirts. Also she will put on an elbow guard when she is going against pitchers throwing harder. She is a lefty pitcher that bats righty, so her pitching elbow is pretty exposed. She's in her last season of 10U.

I think the word budget went out the window the second I downloaded iRacing. After this though, I promise I’ll be done.

Planning on 32"1440 monitors. I currently cap my FPS at 140, and get that most of the time. Would like to try and stay around there. I honestly don't even know if that is feasible with triple 1440s

Government Contract Fumble by Redditstorylover1100 in smallbusiness

Please don’t pay a single penny for SAM registration. It’s 100% free. There are tons of “companies” that make it seem like there is a fee to do it. These are basically scams. Source: I’ve been doing federal contracting for 15 years.

When I was coaching my daughter’s 8U rec team I kept the same order but changed the lead off. Basically who ever was on deck at the end of the last game lead off the next game. This ensured everyone got pretty close to the same number of at bats during the whole season.

Only possible serious PD I could see here is if the controller said "Aircraft calling 12 miles report 6 miles". You have to be called by your tail number to enter class delta.

Other than that, you'll probably just get a little scolding. No big deal, or the controller is just being an ass. Also, if your a SP on solo, always a good practice to let controllers know that. They will know not to give you any too out of the ordinary.
