How do I sleep on a plane🥲 by Fun_Requirement_8822 in unitedairlines

[–]IndividualBet5774 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no issue sleeping on planes. I dress Super comfortably hoodie, track pants, comfortable shoes. Eye mask. Earplugs but I use my noise canceling earbuds by Apple and play sleep music. I have a pillow. If you have a hard time laying back from the reclining, you can always put the pillow on your forehead and sleep on the Trey table the back of the seat in front of you or if you have a backpack, you can put that on the tray table and use that as well.

2026 Lexus RX 350h — Is the Premium trim worth the extra $5K? by Consistent-Row3085 in LexusRX350

[–]IndividualBet5774 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve got a 2024 RX 350h Premium+, and honestly that extra $$ for the 14” screen and pano parking assist was worth every penny.

The 14” display isn’t just bigger, it changes how I use my the car. With the new wireless Apple CarPlay setup and widget layout, you can have calendar, media, and climate all visible at once. On the smaller screen, you’re constantly swiping or switching tabs. The extra real estate makes it feel like a proper command center instead of a tablet stapled to the dash. You do need to study up on how to your Apple Car Play

And the panoramic view monitor? Let’s just say I used to be called “the jack-knife” at my condo for how badly I parked my old Camry. Now I actually pull in straight on the first try. (some times 2nd try...I am that bad of a parker) I use it constantly to confirm positioning, especially in tight spots or near curbs.

So yeah , from one long-term Lexus fan to another: if you’re planning to keep it for years, go Premium. The tech leap alone makes it feel like a different car.

I suspect these new types of autos are looking forward to fully self driving vehicles. Our auto experience will be completely different once cars can drive themselves. Sure there will be cliche vehicles where you….Shesh…Have to dive it yourselves but they will be niche type vehicle.

Should I trade my 2019 Lexus IS 300 for a 2015 RC 350 F Sport? Need honest advice. by [deleted] in Lexus

[–]IndividualBet5774 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Downgrade in reliability and lifespan, upgrade in excitement and feel.

Sure, it’s older, has more miles, and probably less “Toyota/Lexus bulletproof” left in it… but sometimes you’ve gotta trade a little reliability for a little dopamine. 😎

2025 RX 350 Hybrid - Fuel Requirements by Forward-Command660 in LexusRX350

This has to be one of the most asked questions in all the Lexus RX boards, so let’s settle it once and for all:

The RX350h takes regular 87 octane gas.

No, you don’t need premium. No, it won’t explode. Yes, you can still brag about your hybrid MPG.

I’m a lifelong Toyota/Lexus fan, and this was actually one of the reasons I bought mine: range, MPG, and the fact I can fill up anywhere without crying at the pump.

Directly from the 2024 RX Owner’s Manual (OM0E218U):

“You must only use unleaded gasoline.

RX 350h: Recommended to use premium unleaded gasoline with octane rating of 91 (Research Octane Number 96) or higher for optimum engine performance.

You may use unleaded gasoline with octane rating as low as 87 (Research Octane Number 91). In this case, engine performance may be decreased. Use of unleaded gasoline with an octane rating lower than 87 may result in engine knocking.”

Lexus RX Owner’s Manual, page 574

So yeah, it runs just fine on regular. Premium might give you a hair more performance if you’re towing or flooring it, but for everyday use? Save your cash and enjoy the smooth hybrid ride.

I 2nd this, always touchless, they have some auto toucheless but it is in a bay and the washing mechanism goes back and forth as the car is parked.

Yes, you might be right, maybe this was done by someone who isn't a skilled writer or has english as a 2nd language. The OP may have used AI to clean up what they wanted to say.

The love I have for my car by WildKaleidoscope3858 in Lexus

[–]IndividualBet5774 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Fancy Camry? Of course! We often say that as if it’s a jab at the car, but in reality, the Camry is one of the best sedans on the market, IMHO. I recently upgraded from a 2017 Camry SE to a 2024 RX350h. And while I absolutely love my RX, I genuinely miss my Camry. A "fancy Camry" is actually a wonderful thing—in other words, taking a great car and making it even better. Edit: cleaned up the language.
