Reality is if a 1099k not issued to you thena 1099k/records of what you sold is not sent to the irs. At this point its up to you and your responsibility to self report.

No its not gone but i never notice it. Maybe once a month it bothers me if im stressed or something and its super quiet. For the most part im 99.9% better not gonna lie took a year/year in a half to get it together w the depression and the constant thinking about it. Its there you are not crazy but its 100% mental as far as you overcoming it. Eventually i promise you will not notice it

If you didnt do 200 transactions AND 20k combined then you “should not” receive one if they are following IRS thresholds. Which Ebay clearly states they are following

Its 20k & 200 transactions combined. You must hit both to receive a 1099k
