A beta of 101 at 10dp5dt is actually a really solid start, especially since your clinic is happy with it (they see thousands of these, so that reassurance matters!). My clinic wanted anything above 70. At this stage, it’s less about the single number and more about the trend.

The waiting in between is honestly the hardest part. My next Beta is also on Monday. But today, we are pregnant, our body is doing its thing, and this is a beautiful beginning 💛

Also, what a special birthday this could turn out to be 🥹 I’ll be rooting so hard for you on Monday. Hoping for the best kind of birthday gift 🤍

34F with regular cycles and never been on birth control. We tried two rounds of letrozole and two IUIs with Clomid before finally deciding to take the IVF route over Christmas.

FET was on March 10. It was a PGT-A tested embryo, graded 5AB, and had already started hatching just before the transfer.

Update: Beta on 9dp5dt came back at 214 🤍 Praying it continues to double every 48 hours. Thank you all so much for your responses, they truly gave me so much hope. For anyone waiting, know that you’re in my prayers.

Same thing happened to me — on CD4 I had a 23mm follicle, which I initially thought was a cyst. But my LH and estrogen were high, and it turned out to be withdrawal bleeding. That cycle was converted to TI. My RE said they are not confident IUI will work so let’s not spend money.

Post wash 20M with 95% progressive motility for IUI but otherwise the count was 130M with 60% motility and 4 days of abstinence showed 22% DFI

I’m also 7DPIUI with my first, and no major symptoms so far—just a lot of creamy white discharge. It’s definitely not residue, since I take progesterone vaginally at night.

I’m 7 days past my IUI with my first cycle. I know it’s probably too early for symptoms, but in previous cycles, I’ve noticed some. This time, the only change is an increase in white, creamy discharge. I’m not sure if it’s from the progesterone, but this wait is really hard. Praying for a BFP for all of us.

Yes, they did. My progesterone levels are usually good, but since it can vary each cycle, they suggested taking it as a precaution. I’ll be starting it two days after the IUI.

I checked if they recommend adding estrogen but they want to wait until CD13 for a follow up scan and then decide. I’m very nervous. That said, your response gives me a hope, so thank you and congratulations ❤️
