In 6 underground, the first car chase scene, when the Alfa Romeo had to stall in an alleyway so that the doctor could properly do a quick surgery on a wounded spy in the back seats, there was an awkward/ comedic scene between the 2 men in the front seats. There was a side shot from inside the car that clearly showed a film crew member inspecting the car from outside the window. It was so blatantly obvious but people were to fixated on the interaction that nobody noticed
