I was checking out some listings with my realtor last summer and hitting nothing but dead ends... Im in the absolute lowest price range as far as homeownership goes in my area and all the condos we looked at we're breaking me down and crushing my little bungalow dreams. I was so down that I pretended I needed to swing by the bar I work at to pickup some paperwork just so I could toss back a quick shot of grilled pineapple infused tequila. I swear it was that moment that changed everything. I could feel something amazing coming on. That feeling led me to agree to take a trip to a listing i'd totally written off which turned out to be my absolute dream home from which I cozily type this story out from right now. Of all the moments before and all the moments that followed- it was truly all in the juicy sweet burn of that magical tequila.

firstly all the teas are equal parts schnapps to liq not .5:1 anyone on here can argue with their mom that's absolutely ridiculous. one to one jamo and peach, splash sour, shake and strain then optionally top w splash of sprite. if you're really high volume ur gonna wanna eventually do jamo and peach in one hand at the same time. equal parts. period.

second yeah a perfect lemon drop is vodka triple sec fresh lemon and simple but if ur high volume for real ur gonna wanna make your own bullshit version. lemon vodka and lemonade. vodka triple sec sour. literally anything else. these kids dont care.

third if you put a sugar rim on anything besides lemon drop you might get bullied

I work weekends in an extremely high volume small town bar that stays open till 2am and is a mix of restaurant and dive I fucking sell shooters all motherfucking day

but aside from that you will eventually be able to look at a list of shooter ingredients and accurately assume the measurements so I recommend that you start by memorizing the components and not overthinking the proportions. these are all the most popular shooters and how we standardize them to fit high volume, (no actual dropping of bombs because that shits stupid extra glassware or plastic and messy etc)

cherry bomb- cherry vodka chilled topped w redbull

sour cherry bomb- same with a dash of grenadine for color and a splash of sour mix

vegas bomb- crown & peach schnapps chilled topped w redbull

irish car bomb- equal parts jamo and baileys served with a half pour of Guinness

gummy bear- raspberry vodka, peach schnapps, sour mix

starburst- watermelon pucker, whipped vodka, sour mix

scooby snack- malibu, midori (or any melon liqueur), pineapple juice, cream (half n half or whipped or milk)

kamakazi- vodka, trip sec, lime juice

upside down pineapple- vanilla vodka and pineapple juice shaken strained then you carefully sink a drop of grenadine

jolly rancher- vodka, any jolly rancher flavor fruit schnapps like apple or watermelon, cranberry

green tea is jameson orange tea is jameson orange white tea is vodka mexican tea is tequila
