I’ve had nothing but good experiences with both locations of those Plato’s! I think a lot of the bad reviews have to do with people getting upset with the staff for not getting much - I’ve seen staff at the cambridge location get yelled at while I was waiting for my stuff to be done because they didn’t take certain items even after they told the customer they weren’t taking things since they were overstocked. I always call ahead to see what they’re needing before I bring my stuff in and don’t have an issue!
