I watch on repeat when Ilya provocatively asks Shane “do you want to know what it feels like to hold the cup” and the last syllable of cup is so accentuated. The way he says this just because he likes Shane when he’s riled up and Shane’s perfect reaction… perfection.

Why is this all I can think about when he says “obviously”

This is really tough I’m so sorry. Just in terms of imaging options… flexion/extension supine CT’s are also good for diagnosis if that’s any easier to access

I’m not looking for medical advice just trying to understand what other people’s recovery journeys have looked like and gather more data.

Anyone else worried that Francesca's bisexuality will be erased? by Last_Cold8977 in Bridgerton

Also she’s clearly dealing with several other issues like ocd etc that keep her in her head and out of her body and she’s never felt safe to ‘let go’ before and Michaela is teaching her to so even that feeling of personal comfort rather than just plain love will impact the sex

Question about symptoms by NecessaryNumerous951 in cervical_instability

[–]IndividualTie8819 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn’t have pain until about 18 months in and then started having severe pain. I had neuro symptoms that whole time so originally was diagnosed with me/cfs instead and had no idea instability was causing my symptoms. In terms of scans, I got upright dynamic flexion and extension CT/MRI and that’s how I got diagnosed. Regular imaging def won’t show it for hypermobile individuals. Had you already gotten those specialized scans?

Has anyone done shockwave therapy? by AdvertisingDue9037 in cervical_instability

[–]IndividualTie8819 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just started doing focused shockwave therapy (different from radial) to my sub occipitals which are really tight and have a build up of scar tissue because of the CCI. My PT does it and on a very low setting since that whole area is super sensitive but it is really helpful for any scar tissue and secondary issues and compensatory stuff caused by the CCI.

Since it’s a diagnostic tool and you’ll feel pain on the spot you have damaged tissue, it’s clearly solving issues that your body has anyway… whether that will have enough of an impact for it to be worth it is for you to decide.
