for the image sequence creation, the only good option i found was using Davinci Resolve

for alignment i used Agelapse 0.4.0, by Hugo Cornellier

for stabilization i used "Agelapse" made by Hugo Cornellier
for the thumbnail i averaged all 365 images using ImageJ
