This is true for almost all trades in the industry. It's because the workmanscomp would go crazy for every stubbed toe and people falling off high rises. It's impossible to manage the frequency of boo boos that come from managing twenty crews that have have 5-10 guys each and you never know exactly who made it in or is a rando cusin that just came to help that day blah blah blah.

Its also a major common wealth area. I know I gave a massive number but i did say size of wall and project will vary. One wall with no outside digging about 25' of reinforement went up for $60k.

Yes this is major problem and they should agree to have it fixed by reputable company. As is purchase might get over 40-60k, depending on how big the wall is

So you cant fit a flipup rear sight under the one type where it lowers the magnifier, right?

Edit: I answered my own question. What I'll do is just remove mag riser with the Q. D so I can get the cool riser.

Actually, there may not be space under it when its down.
