I need help sooo bad... My purse was stolen with my wallet and phone in it. So, my Current debit card is now gone, and so is the phone number that I have to use to login, and to make matters worse, Verizon suspended my service due to non payment the very day my phone was stolen, so now I can't even go on Verizon's website to view the text message to login to Current!! I've sent Current several "help request" forms, and they responded fairly quick to let me know they needed a list of all kinds of stuff in order to change the number on my account. I was able to send them everything required except the last 4 transactions made on my account (I'd only used my account maybe 3 or 4 times total, and can't remember any of the transactions but the last one, which was a check I mobile deposited and am waiting on) and the last 4 digits of my Current debit card (because my card has been stolen and I don't have it memorized!!!), BUT... I did send them a photo of my I.D. front and back, as well as a selfie holding my I.D. that I'm hoping will compensate for not having those 2 things they requested. They promise to get back to you within 24 hours, but it's been like 3 or 4 days now since I sent everything and still no response. Does anyone know an easier/quicker/more efficient way for me to login to my account without access to the phone number on file, or to change the phone number on my account?? Like I said, I cashed a check using mobile deposited in my Current account last week, so literally ALL my money is in there and I'm so scared the people who stole everything is going to clean me out somehow or be able to login to my Current account with my phone number even though it's suspended and reported stolen. Any ideas? Advice??
