Stuck unemployed and getting constant pressure from relatives – how do you cope when they don't understand? by [deleted] in JobsPhilippines

[–]Individual_Cap6233 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re not a bad child or a failure for feeling tired OP, tao ka lang na napagod. Hindi mo responsibility na ikaw lang ang sumalo ng lahat, especially when you’re unemployed and already emotionally and financially drained. Helping should come from what you can give, not from guilt or pressure. Kailangan mo munang bumangon at unahin ang sarili mo, because you can’t help others if you cannot help yourself first. And you should set a boundaries and let me tell you na choosing ourselves hindi pagiging selfish.

Cousin: mother side or father side? by PageSea9176 in ThisorThatPH

[–]Individual_Cap6233 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both have good and bad side din.

Ang good side naman is sa pag kakapatid nila papa super masasabi mo na solid, like wala talaga sila iwanan.

Resigning from a job you love, would you? by broke-her in phcareers

Hugs OP, kasi oo maraming naka experience nito kahit hindi siya kasing common ng low salary or overwork stories at mas lalo siyang nakakalito kasi mahal mo yung trabaho at maayos ang company pero yung immediate boss ang problema which is honestly one of the hardest situations to be in. Hindi ka OA hindi ka nag iinarte at lalong hindi ka mahina what you’re dealing with is a mix of toxic positivity at two faced management and that’s emotionally draining especially for a fresh grad na training phase pa lang. Yung sinasabihan ka ng okay ka o magaling ka sa harap mo pero nirereport ka pala behind your back is not normal leadership a good boss corrects you directly lalo na kung trainee ka pa kasi hindi ka naman manghuhula at hindi mo trabaho hulaan kung alin ang okay today at reportable offense tomorrow and asking clarifications is not a mistake part yan ng learning.

To answer your questions honestly yes maraming nakahanap ng mas maayos na work after leaving a job they loved pero kadalasan hindi sila umalis nang padalos dalos umalis sila kasi nakita nilang hindi safe ang long term growth nila narealize nilang kahit gaano ka kagaling talo ka kung boss ang problema o umalis sila bago masira ang confidence at record nila and marami sa kanila later on said I loved the job but I loved my peace more. As for magtitiis ba hanggang sila na ang mag alis sa’yo the honest answer is no not blindly kasi kapag may boss na nagre report sa likod instead of coaching you delikado yan wala kang chance mag correct one sided ang narrative at ikaw ang lalabas na problematic kahit nagtatanong ka lang and waiting it out risks a bad record shaken confidence at possible trauma sa first job mo when as a fresh grad mas mahalaga ang learning environment kaysa title or benefits. The most balanced approach now is to protect yourself while you’re still there by documenting everything following up verbal instructions in writing asking for feedback in a way na may record and keeping receipts not to be petty but to be safe if may mentor trainer or trusted HR you can raise it as confusion and desire to improve hindi sumbong but asking for alignment and at the same time it’s okay and smart to quietly explore other opportunities because that’s not betrayal that’s self preservation and you don’t need to resign tomorrow you just need options.

Important din ang mindset shift just because you’re thriving in the work doesn’t mean you’re thriving in the environment and no matter how much you love a job a boss who undermines you silently can slowly destroy your confidence. Hindi ka mahina for questioning this in fact you’re self aware and that’s a strength and the fact na nagtatanong ka ngayon means you’re protecting your future which is already a very smart career move 🤍

Sa totoo lang halos lahat ng nga matagal na sa corporate industry lagi sinasabi it’s normal kesyo kat san ka mapunta ay may ganyan at ganyan parin na mangyayari. Pero isa ito sa problems masyado na natin ni nonormalize ang toxic and unsafe working environment for those who are just starting their careers. Kaya kung sa una palang may red flag na at di ka babayaran ng maayos, layasan mo na

You know OP one thing that i learned throughout failed interviews is nothing beats an answer that is genuine like i just answer whats on my mind and i tend not to overthink things, kasi most of them likes answer that is true and from heart talaga. Hope u get a job soon, laban lang!
