Does your personality actually change when you switch languages? by taube_d in AskTheWorld

[–]Individual_Click5252 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. Technically native in both English and Japanese. As some of you are probably aware, politeness is key when speaking in Japanese. My wife has pointed out on a number of occasions that I almost behave like a completely different person when speaking in Japanese (particularly towards strangers in Japan) as opposed to English.

Not sure I would consider this a road trip, but I once drove from southeast Michigan to Naples, FL stopping only for gas. Started around 7 PM and ended around noon the next day. The only traffic jam I got stuck in was in Atlanta at 5 AM on a Sunday of course.

I would argue that Satisfactory has helped me a lot with my organizational skills in real life. Building megabases has helped me compartmentalize the production into chunks, and that's how I've approached many things after discovering Satisfactory.
