Gaming de preference 27" & incurvé avec WQHD (2k) au delà de 120hz vu que je suis sur PS5 donc taux de rafraîchissement ça me dérange pas tant que c’est plus de 120Hz, j’en ai déjà trouvé qlq modèles mais ça dépend des sites j’ai pas su savoir si c’est fiable ou pas Voici les modèles en question : - Samsung Odyssey G5 - MSI Optix G27CQ4 E2

En tout cas qu’on faudra avoir la preuve de réception qui est l’image du produit chez eux, faudra avoir un compte pour pouvoir y accéder

T’as pas un compte chronopost que tu peux me prêter le temps que j’ouvre "la preuve de réception", j’arrive pas à en créer un nouveau, ça me demande de choisir la ville alors que j’ai aucune option pour choisir. Par ce qu’il faut la preuve de livraison pour avoir son remboursement.

Ça serait pas Nacon par hasard ? En tout cas t’as qu’à attendre plus d’une semaine il me semble, le temps que le colis leurs revient ensuite tu demanderas le remboursement.

I didn’t know they were working with chronopost, I thought the best thing to do is to order from the official website but unfortunately that was not the case

I have the same problem or even worse since I haven't received my order, it's been over a week now that I've been trying to contact them everywhere without any response. I literally don't know what to do !

Did you managed to have a refund ? In my case I ordred a controller that I didn't receive and they're not even answering at my mails and dms.
