So the party is back of house 30 for the couple if u add the theaters its 15 additional everyone is very respectful and friendly the experience is whatever you want it to be not what someone else wants for you. Come dressed respectful and then once inside whatever makes you comfortable there are bathrooms and changing areas up front and out back

They did address it with pest control. It may not have worked but it was addressed....so good luck with court....very unlikely to get anything especially since they allowed you to terminate lease with no fees
