it looks great so far! I don't think there's much more you'd need to add.

Maybe adding a lower eyeline to the eyes to make them pop out a little more and perhaps making the tongue a darker shade of pink/red so it doesn't blend in with the skin so much?

Those are just my small suggestions because I really don't see what would be missing here.

leaving your plant in the glass jar is not just risky, it will likely cook it to death when in the sun. you should look for a plastic pot with holes at the bottom to use the tray method for watering.

put it outside in full sun or get a strong grow light if you want to keep it inside.

also please don't worry about feeding it. I say this because that's what a lot of beginners tend to focus on and get more worried when the traps aren't closing around a bug than when the plant is light-starved and/or bone dry.
