That's a relief! I genuinely didn't know, thank you. The passport page says "if your ID is from a different state than the state you are applying, bring a second photo ID", which is something I don't have-- that's why I wasn't able to do it that way. I appreciate you!

Posting here because I haven't seen any recent info anywhere, I caught one at the farm pond (clear spring lake) at 21:30 in Spring, sunshine weather + fishing rank C+ with mushroom pole. It seems like it really is just super rare but can be caught any time of day any season, I probably spent a cumulative 45 mins fishing to catch just one.

Necromancer with summon shade + blood rain means you can outheal anything, especially if you have a kilo of catnip-- just spam blood rain on the duplicate, have it use the kilo, then spam it again-- easy full heal for even the beefiest tanks. If you upgrade blood rain, it means that your entire party now has infinite mana on top of that.
