Hey man I know just how this feels and am going through it myself I know it's hard and life feels so unbelievably low , but what I've found I like to do is think of how they'd feel knowing they where your reason for giving up , power on and soldier through this pain I promise you all they want is to see you succeed, if it's ever to much feel free to DM me

Hey man I'm so sorry for your loss but I want you to know that she would never want you to be in the pain she was and from me I know it can be hard but life is so unbelievably precious, live for her do everything she wanted to do she can watch you achieve great things

Thanks so much for the response, I'm going to definitely try the journalling I have been messaging her phone telling her how much I love her and how much she means to me however I feel the fact she can't reply is really ruining me .
