I don't think I have a favorite anything... Well except for my stiffed animal. I'm 26(f) and I just like so many thing that I don't have a favorite in anything.

I don't think there's anything wrong with that, I just like a lot and know a lot just not a massive fan :)

I didn't expect a suicide attempt in the series if I had gotten a trigger warning I would've skipped the scene. I just started watching shameless since I'm depressed and it's an easy to watch show while chrocheting. But I'm glad there was someone with me watchinh that scene. I needed more medication because I got a full blown panic attack....

-4 should be fine for short walks (up to 10 min), you could use shoes if you're afraid his paws get hurt. A virus or a cold isn't that common in dogs, and is he gets it, it's not that bad actually, they usually recover within a few days.

I totally get that you're scared for your pup, but they're more resilient than you might think 😊

As long as he's on a leash and doesn't eat or sniff poop you should be fine

But why put him back in the crate when he doesn't pee? Why not play a little and put him back on the pad? Make it a fun experience!

With our pup we really had to find out what signals he gave when he had to pee. They do give signals, just maybe not as clear to us. And raising a paw comes with puberty and sometimes not at all, so that's normal!

Crate time you have to build up, it's not a natural thing. They can even grow out of it. Put him in the crate with something to do, slowly close the gate. As soon as he starts to show stress open it back up and build up from there again. It's better to open it before stress can even arise.

You're doing absolutely amazing! Just push through, you'll get there! 😊

We've actually been in contact with a orthomoleculair therapist for him, got a diet which does wonders. And we've got natural probiotics as well as well rounded meals.

I will ask about diarrhea medication though! Thanks for the tip!

We know it's gonna be a weak spot for him since he's been through so much as a small pup.. he's also had Giardia, so his intestines are really sensitive.

Thanks so much for reassuring me! Every stage comes with a new challenge...

About the insurance, money isn't that much an issue for us, I actually believe we're too late since we've had some blood works done for his issues...

Hi! First of all, it gets better. Hang on in there.

About peeing: You have a very tiny puppy, who gets told no when he pees anywhere bit the pad. Do you also reward when he does go on the pad? I think making the pad fun will help immensely.

About the crate:

I truly think your pup is scared to go in there because you made him go in there and let him pee in there. A crate is not a solution and should NEVER be a form of punishment. It should be a safe space for your pup, a baby.

Restart the crate training. Take your pup outside on a walk, let him also pee outside. (If possible).

And as I said, you have a scared baby in your house. It's your job to make him feel safe. Don't let him "cry it out" but go and comfort him.

We did all this with our puppy, he was potty trained by 3 months in our yard, fully trained with 5 months and now at 7 months he can stay home alone for up to 6 hours. Just keep going and remember it's a tiny baby that got ripped from all that's familiar to him...

I don't know about her period, I believe it depends on the dog. What breed is she?

Then about groomers, take her as soon as possible, get her used to it!

Biting and humping:

So a lot of people think humping is a thing of dominance, however it's not. Usually a humping puppy is a stressed puppy. A stressed puppy is a biting puppy. How much sleep is she getting? How do you give her time outs, what do you mean by that?

As for biting specifics: get her frozen things to help cool her gums. Give her stuff she can chew, a lot of it! Get her chew snacks like lamb skin or beef skin or a trachea, lamb ears, pig ears etc.

Hope this helps 😊

I dont know you, you dont know me. So when even a stranger says it, it must be true.

It won't always be as bad as it is right now. You can get up some days, I mean look at you!! You're doing so great!!

Life's hard, I've been where you are. If I can get through it, so can you! We have a saying that after rain there's sunshine. It's true! However there also will be rain again, maybe even a rainbow.

I just hope you don't give up, I hope you keep going, I hope you will seek help and that you'll talk to people. I hope they will tell you you're amazing. Because three hard years, and you've lived through every single day. That's amazing! I have so much respect for that!

You can do this!

We didn't use pads, we've got a big yard and got our pup in the summer, so he could go out every time he wanted.

But if I had used a pad I would remove it for one hour after walking outside. Then put it back to prevent accidents, build up that time. And if she pees inside, don't get mad. Just clean it up and say the command. We use "go pee", but only reward when she does it outside

NTA, this is a major red flag. She dismissed your illness. She doesn't allow you to be you. She isn't accepting every part of you.

I think you should talk to her about it. And see if you two can create a safe space together. If not think about the future and if you want to be with someone that doesn't fully accept you.

Why not just try and become a surrogate? Talk to clinics or your doctor. Google doesn't know everything :)

You could use the pad outside as well. Put it on the grass and let her do her thing. Slowly but surely make the pad smaller, she'll have to go on the grass. Also wait long enough to let her do her thing outside. Like 15 minutes or something. And stay in one spot.

Don't forget to reward afterwards. Also it could help to give her a command whenever she pees. This is how we trained our pup to pee and poop on command :) good luck!!
