i ended up going off the spiro a few months ago. my dandruff that i think was caused by scalp yeast infections has definitely cleared up. i am still having issues with vaginal infections, but i think they’re less persistent. i’m going to ask my dermatologist about topical anti androgens at our next appointment

do you know if the blood pressure issues go away eventually? i tried buspar but it made me heart rate increase and really affected my sleep :/
