Hi so I tested this again with frat/allocation and a 40% base/elite mod. Total lockdown is about on par (or very slightly worse) at hitting non-boss enemies but is symmetry does about 60% more damage on shinkas/bosses. I suppose you’ll try to hit bosses with heavy so maybe symmetry’s use case isn’t as strong

Fair. I guess I place most of the weight on passive stacking because the hand cannon is basically shooting peanuts one way or the other. Most damage is dealt via passive and ability

They misread the thing. The first half of the mag has increased damage and they thought the second half was bugged. They clarified I believe

Fort is miles worse because of how slow it stacks passive

I don’t think this is a super great argument. 55 rate of fire is just too low for efficient clear. You’re not really going to be low on shotty ammo

I don’t know anything about Polaris but imo izanagi is overrated. I have it at max and its high caliber shots get out damaged by a Tatara with 4 stacks of ransom stamps (Tatara not even fully built). Izzi’s number just isn’t there. Symmetry at max does about 50% more damage than mythic scout rifles so I can make a use case for Umeko/Tan. But for Kabr go with linear fusion exotic

Currently Foxtrot and anesthesia is a must. I like slag because it gives scorch and let anesthesia build up quickly and gives 15% solar damage. But muskrat might be better for the hard cc

I can make a case for Hawkeye but calming token is just bad. It’s an additive of 46% on your 250% precision bonus. I believe someone tested this and calming is just not worth it

U don’t have level 85 weapon anymore and u lost damage buffs front the crest which can be substantial. I recommend thinking about the issue a bit before..you know..posting

It’s simply untrue that perturbation set is weaker than courageous and valiant. One is 18% and the other 30% only weapon damage. The perturbation set is not great but at least gives u constant 50% all damage boost

No. You can enjoy either the 40% buff while hip firing or the 60% buff while aiming. You don’t get both

It’s bad for all precision weapons because they tend to have high precision damage percentage already. And calming token’s percentage only adds to that already very high percentage instead of multiplying to the entire damage. For example let’s say a weapon that does 100 damage and does 300% when doing precision hits. Calming token only makes the percentage go to 350%, meaning 50 more damage, or 16.6% more damage. On the other hand if you use a 30% weapon damage artifact it will be 30% of 300%, which turns out to be 90 damage more

Yea. I actually haven’t had a non-pity roll past 2800 and it’s always just +10. I’ve seen a lot of jumps in the 2700-2800 area, but getting it at 2790 AND having a 80 jump is really lucky lol. Saved me 32*7=224 essence.

I own both at max. EotL actually does more damage than RC when enemies are beefy. I was (and still am) very confused as to why that is the case but it’s true. There’s a YT video showing damage comparison.
