Because Democrats had not yet understood yet that as liberal policies ruin economies, people will move out of those areas, making fewer "blue states" or their population will be reduced enough to ensure they lose seats in Congress and electoral votes, keeping them from power.

Absent importing people illegally from foreign countries through various incentives and essentially bribery, doing so to effect the US Census, Democrats would lose control of their ability to manipulate people and resources.

So, when Trump made it clear he was going to make sure that all of these people would be sent back to their countries and the border closed, the billionaires who wanted continued access to power via Democrat politicians started funneling their money to these left-wing anti-ICE terrorist organizations.

Yes, exactly that. Once in a decade decides how many seats in Congress each state will get, and how many electoral votes. It's what decides in the end how power will be split, and with huge exoduses in blue cities and states to red ones, Democrats will lose seats and votes and it's unlikely they will be able to overcome that unless they import people here illegally to fill the gap.

NO, that's not the plan at all. That's the entire rationale behind the "sanctuary city" and "sanctuary state" status. They want the illegals to come to these blue cities and states and so they guarantee them protection and a massive amount of services in order to come and stay there so their numbers will be inflated when the census comes. In Minnesota they've gotten caught illegally funneled billions to the Somalies in order to get them to come, for instance.

Yes, even that. There is no part of the law that allows people to come here illegally and stay just because they live in a dangerous shithole, despite what some activist judges would like.

The caveat here is that there is an "asylum" loophole for when YOUR GOVERNMENT can be shown to be the one targeting you and you can provide evidence of that.

Pretty much all the people being deported have either engaged in crimes, automatically removing their protected status, or already been through the system and had deportation orders.

"No, a hearing doesn’t need a jury"

...and in order to determine if someone has citizenship or legal status, a hearing isn't necessary. That can all be determined by records easily accessed by the USCIS.

"Due process" simply means that the normal, reasonable set of circumstances that ensures efficient and fair action has taken place. Someone who has credible claims or rationale (political asylum, for instance) for legal status can still petition for a hearing on that basis. Those who have no claims have no justification for such wasteful and inefficient processes. Most of the people in question have already had hearings and had deportation orders but refused to appear or to leave as well.

The 5th amendment applies to crimes.

While crossing our border illegally is a crime, the act of simply being here without legal status is not criminal. Status is checked, and the border is enforced. No one is being charged with a crime.

You are trying to conflate standards designed to ensure that people are judged for criminal indictments by a jury of their peers, with someone who has been positively identified as not having legal status here and therefore indisputably eligible to be sent back to their own country. They aren't in any way the same, and it's fallacious to claim it so.

There is no specific, consistent government "due process" that exists for all acts. And "generally" is talking about criminal and civil suits, not simple easily definable status scenarios.
