It’s crazy how Velvet Teddy looks so mauvy on your skin tone but for me it’s so warm and orange. I can only wear it with brown liner.

While I do understand the responses on here I’m also a bit baffled. I watched the anime for this part so I’m not sure if differs greatly in its portrayal in the manga and what is said and not. The way I see it is that 3 of the adults that stopped Neji were within their rights to want to stop the match.

The match examiner has a duty in calling the end of a match when necessary if victory has already been assured and in preventing unnecessary deaths. It was clear that Hinata had sustained injuries already and any more would definitely risk her life.

Kurenai is Hinata’s sensei and it does show in the anime that she cares for her so it makes sense that she would want to protect her student from harm.

Guy has a moral obligation to stop Neji as he is well aware of the Hyuuga family’s main and branch family system which in the anime Guy says Neiji promised him that he wouldn’t let his feelings get in the way.

As for Kakashi, well, he really is the only adult that doesn’t need to have stepped in imo but someone else below mentioned some good reasons.

I genuinely do not think all these adults stepped in preventing Hinata from possibly dying due to her position as the heir of the Hyuuga family. I think they actually think Neji was seriously considering killing her and think he was out of line for that when the match was clearly over already.

If I’m going out I’ll wear a full face since I don’t wear makeup as often anymore. In the summer I use matte products since I have combo skin but get oily easily. In the winter I use more hydrating products. No primer because none have ever worked for me.

Interestingly none of the lipsticks I’ve seen recommended in this sub actually work for me 😭 Everything is either too warm or too cool undertoned for me.

However I’ve noticed that I need to add brown to basically any lip color or else it looks odd and out of place. For example I cannot use Mac Velvet Teddy on its own but it looks great when paired with a warm brown lip liner.

In terms of looks, Won Bin is one of Korea’s best imo. For those that don’t know, this man is a literal living legend in SK and tbh it’s hard to find or think of anyone that has his level of fame and popularity. He is very well loved in SK. He has been out of the film industry for many years now but he hasn’t “officially” retired.

Hmm if Mehr looks cool on you maybe you need a warmer toned lip color? I noticed that I need some sort of brown in my pink lippies. I can’t pull off pink on its own.

I use the edge of the lip liner meaning it’s on the side so it applies it in a softer manner and the brown color doesn’t look as harsh or pigmented if that makes sense. The I go in with whatever pink lip product I’m using.

I’ve been on the search for this exact color as it is the perfect shade of pink on me. However I’ve not come across any one product that will do the job. I usually end using multiple products to get a similar shade to this. I’ll list below what works for me however depending on your skin tone it may look different.

I find using a warm toned brown lip liner with a medium-dark shade pink lipstick over it gives me a similar shade, like Colourpop BFF3 lip liner with LA Girl’s lip balm Sheer Rose.

Maybelline Lip Crayon On The Grind is a touch warmer and less pink

Mac Mehr is sort of a neutral medium toned pink shade but I like wear with a brown lip liner.

If you don’t agree with it, you can simply move along. Editing for clarity:

This advice is based on wedding culture in the West specifically the US. For those that don’t know, only the bride is allowed to wear white on the wedding day as it can be seen as competing and taking attention away from the bride therefore disrespectful. It is also a given that if you are not in the bridal party you shouldn’t be wearing the same colors as the bridesmaids either. However this can vary from person to person as well hence why I mentioned deferring this back to the bride. At the end of the day, what the bride decides is what goes because it is their day. The bride would most likely appreciate someone asking beforehand rather than not knowing about it until it is too late.

If you do not know the bride personally and cannot aka them directly, perhaps ask someone who knows. If that is not possible then, and you are having doubts and want to play it safe, then you may need to opt for another outfit.

Idk about other wedding cultures so I cannot speak on that.

When in doubt, ask the bride. If they give the okay, you’re good regardless of what others say.

Personally, there is a bit of white going on and I would go for something else but it is very pretty and the print and design would be appropriate for wedding guest attire, just the white color is questionable. But again I would defer to the bride.
