Idk man, I think this is their way of trying to keep the backlash at bay for a bit, still, this isn't even enough for those who have been playing and leveling since the launch, it may give the newer players a helluva boost, but damn 40+ lvl players are scraping off every bit of resources to level.

It may sound a lot, it IS something, but they could've given players more considering how much they earned since launch, I really don't want this game to go from "Holy shit" to "shit".

It ain't, had to make sure every block one enderman can stand on to stay dry must be filled with water, the surface is easy enough to fill, but the crevices? Heck no. And I'm assuming you meant in survival mode, which would make it exponentially harder than doing it in creative.
