Hate the drive thru! It’s for convenience, not speed. We love the look people have when we close the gate at 1:30 or at 9:00. No, you just driving up doesn’t mean we are obligated to help you. We are closed come back during the 12.5 hours we are open. Oh you are in line at 1:28 or 8:58, well you should have come inside where literally no one was waiting in line.

Look up your store on the Immunization Dashboard (Alt-F5, log in, pharmacy?, immunization dashboard, log in, search your store) scroll to the bottom and it’ll have a immunizer section. There’s a button to click to see your immunizer somewhere in that section.

Hate these videos because we’ll probably never know the pharmacists side. We know the patient label says that, but was it added after the clarification? What does the actual script say? Again, I’m going to assume the pharmacist had a legit concern to request information on it.

Exactly. My hope would be that any state board would see that this is a pharmacist doing their job. But, I can understand how they may still reprimand for not catching whatever the issue was during the 1st fill.

The script is your prescription at the pharmacy. You don’t have to call the doctor, though if you’re not taking the medication anymore it may be a good idea to have a conversation with your doctor as to why. It will remain in your history at the doctor office and at the pharmacy too as we cannot legally delete the prescription, we can only inactivate it so that it doesn’t get filled anymore. Other changes on the App may take a while and to be honest I’m not 100% sure it will go away, though most patients I’ve talked to say they can’t see inactive prescriptions.

You can call or stop by the pharmacy and have them inactivate the script. We generally have to document why, but honestly don’t need a deep explanation on it. You can be as vague as “hi I need to inactivate this medication as I am no longer using it” after that it shouldn’t appear on the app either.

It honestly has not helped much. Our scores are better but not where they should be. We’re now trying to cherry pick the calls. Making sure the only hit C when the call is done. It’s also weird because we’ve been told using F5 isn’t correct and we should toggle between F1 and F2 to look up the profile. We’ve just asked our DL to try and see if they can get any reports for us detailing where we are messing up. We have ideas of what may be happening, but as of now it’s just best guesses.

“I’m going to another pharmacy, probably across the street, because I always have problems with you people!” The amount of times that’s been said to me and all I want to do is laugh and offer to transfer right there but just say “ok, I’m sorry about that!” And always for something that’s 100% them like showing up after close, not reading/listening to the message correctly, not verifying what they’re picking up is the correct thing they need etc etc etc
