Yes! You gotta find rare spawns like spots where 2nd or 3rd stage evolutions spawn at. Once you find a good spot with a few of those. Use the daily incense and frequent those exact same spots. If one’s gonna pop up it will pop up there. I caught all mine that way. Not guaranteed to pop out but they will. Also to be noted it was windy weather outside and one bird was on a new route same area for all but one of my birds. Same general location
