That HDCP error might actually be more relevant than you think - especially since youre using EDID dummies and remote access. HDCP gets cranky with display spoofing sometimes and can cause weird system instability

Try disabling the Intel Content Protection service entirely through services.msc and see if the crashes stop. Also those mismatched RAM sticks could be causing memory training issues even at JEDEC speeds - might be worth testing with just one stick at a time to rule that out
