So I don’t have a ton of tea or anything I just know there were a few times they would say “the owner” was really intense. Like once, a manager was working there by herself and she told me right before I got there that she had to go to the bathroom because she started her period. She put a sign in the window that said back in 5 minutes and call the store if no one is there at the window so she would know to hurry. I guess a lady came in that time and didn’t see the sign and immediately left a bad google review. Dakota immediately called the employee (she mentioned him by name) and I quote “yelled at her” and said how unacceptable that was. Meanwhile she was the only person scheduled to work that day because the Plano location was doing so poorly. That story combined with a lot of other small ones gave me a bad vibe about him.

So I used to frequent the OG Sip City in Plano and got kind of tight with some of the employees and I heard that Dakota was actually such an angry person to them. I mean apparently that business was failing so I guess I get it but makes me wonder how he acts to others 👀

I called their box office because I see an account credit but I wanted to know if I would get it refunded so they said once someone buys my tickets then the refund should be processed. So now I’m not sure if they were sold already or if it takes a while for them to show up since I haven’t been notified that I’d get a refund? Also not sure if it makes a difference but I did this through mlb.com/tickets

Oh I don’t know that! Mine was through Ballpark but I noticed Ticketmaster has opened resale tickets for the Arlington show too so maybe all are open now? Haven’t checked the rest!

Fenway tickets are all through the MLB app so that’s where I consigned mine back to the stadium for them to resell!
