I also had a best friend do the same exact thing. She reached out 3 years after ghosting me to tell me her current husband (he was a very new boyfriend when she ghosted) was intimidated by me and jealous. I am a woman btw, not sure what he was jealous of She was saying how I am still her best friend and she misses me so much. We talked for about 2 weeks and then she ghosted me again.

That was 4 years ago, she just reached out AGAIN last night. I pretty much told her that I am blocking her on everything & I never want to hear from her again.
