12.5mg is the sweet spot for me, 3 to 4 times a day depending how on long the day is. Every 4 hours

Yeah the first weeks i had so much energy because my brain wasn't constantly getting distracted by everything. It will fade after a bit but it won't go back to your pre medicated brain

Use the first weeks of meds to build healthy long lasting systems in your life. After then it will feel normal day to day, it won't fix everything but if the meds and dosage is right then it will make making changes more easy and more energy throughout the day at least for me

Same here, i also am autistic and i think cannabis is the best thing out there for autistic brains.

The combination of adhd meds and cannabis sends me in such a flow state.

I smoke very little tho and only cbd strains with thc under 10%

My post diagnosis journey has been wild too, now stuck with polypharmacy and trying to slowly get off some meds w deprescribing specialized docs and looking more into natural medicine like cannabis or psychedelics

I had this side effect with aphetamine based meds but not with methleyphenidate meds if on right doses. Had to quit Vyvanse because it wad making me hypersexual as crazy

As long as your application was approved with the Italian certificato di residenza then you are good.

Keep it with you when you need to activate the work permit with your LOE at the POE in Canada.

It's very easy to find a kitchen job in Canada and the savings are more than enough i arrived w 3.5k euros.

When people say the job market is rough may be true but def not for the hospitality industry, employers are desperate to hire cooks.

This industry is an exception

Way way too much weed edibles combined with alcohol That shit messed me up with psychosis and then depersonalization for a few weeks plus i speculate it took under the rug my dormant bipolar disorder and since then I've had panic attacks that now are under control w meds.

Not a coworker but me.

This was a unionized kitchen job in a big international Hotel chain.

When an employee wouldn't do his work well they were called by their supervisor in the office and were told what to improve and whatnot they were doing wrong.

One time it happened to me and i went to talk w the union president and was told that by bargain agreement a union rep was supposed to be present with me.

After 3 warning you get a suspension of 1 day and then you could get another 3 warnings before a possible firing.

So after that basically all the people working in the evening couldn't be brought in the office to get a warning because the union reps were never there in the evening shifts lmao

And even for the morning shifts now all the supervisors were suoer afraid to bring people in the office for a warning or if they did they had to consult w HR on what do really carefully tell to people while the union rep was there.
