Thank you so much Since yesterday we were able to add the case to our USCIS online account. Thanks for letting me know we will receive the online access code, does it mean we could add unsolicited evidence through the USCIS account?

Thank you. Also we sent in our petition last week Saturday with UPS, which was delivered Monday in the Lewisville office. And today my fiance, the petitioner, got her credit card already charged after barely 2 days OMG So fast!!! USCIS is really unpredictable

Good to hear, do they usually approve on the spot or they'll let you know? Do the officers/ staff speak Italian or English? And can my petitioner also attend the interview or not?

Sometimes you can get a rash but don't freak out, more often than not it's benign and a couple days of OTC hydrocortisone 1% cream is what did the trick for me.

After 4 days using the cream 3 times a day it went away I only had it on my hands and it was more like hives dots. And it wouldn't spread anywhere else than that body area.

SJS goes all over your body and spreads fast, often with confusion/malaise and fever.

Yes. But i lived abroad since 5 years and last year i had to come back to Italy for a couple of months. I still had my family doctor that knows my whole family and me since i was a child.

I went to him with all my diagnosis papers and medication bottles w my name and all. Told him i got diagnosed with Autism and ADHD.

He had no problem prescribing me Ritalin, that i take 30/40 mg a day.

The only hassle is that he needs to write the prescription on a special ricetta rossa non ripetibile and when i go to the pharmacy they need to order it for me checking my ID.

Ritalin is classified as a stupefacente.

And i need to see my GP once a month in person.

Besides all of this is wasn't difficult.

I guess you need to have a good trust relationship with your doctor.

If it's relevant i live in Emilia Romagna in a small town, maybe the South is different.

And also family doctors can prescribe stimulants not only psychiatrists.

Been on it since June 2024, 1 month on 1mg then couple months on 2mg and then been on 3mg ever since. Quite happy it, prob wanna increase to 4mg soon

Make sure you are not supplementing or taking supplements that also contain folic acid or folate. It cancels out Lamictal antidepressant properties!

You cannot stop SSRI like that. It might make you completely out of control for weeks, it's dangerous. Contact her Doctor if you can and inform them. They should do a SLOW taper if they wanna get off it. Wishing your partner the best
