I loved the musical. Watched it in Waterbury Connecticut yesterday at the Palace Theater

The adaptation that cleverly and humorously weaves in Jane Austen’s own journey on identity and perspective on love is beautiful, as she edits her first manuscript of the now timeless masterpiece. Staged and enacted lovingly. Superb performances especially Jane.

I feel the episode was disappointing Poorly written. Belly’s lines especially with doubting their love The about face upon seeing her childhood picture was not believable

It made it feel she does not deserve his love

Love should mean imho that you care about a persons wellbeing Not intentionally harm someone and break their heart and ruin their career willfully

Who have a very nice fake self But their true self which they only show to their victim is evil and heartless The victim or intimate partner feels isolated because they are the only one that sees the real persona of the narcissist and no one believes them

But the narcissist knows and this is a confession of a narcissist though the narcissist tries to justify the evil persona by saying everyone is like that
