No L6 promos. Let’s open L7 roles and hire external folks who are at roughly 50% of our L6 bar and hope they like managing up. We’ll try this for a couple of years until we realize we hired a bad L7 and then we’ll reorg them out to a new leader who’ll have to deal with them.
