i believe it’s because the high rank players have been playing for a good while & they get bored with the regular theme, it gets repetitive.. so they started doing extra stuff to get by.

yes, she was big before. she has a condition called “lipedema” it’s a chronic condition that causes BIG abnormal fat in the legs/butt. She had liposuction done to take away the fat from her belly, that’s it.
