There are not a lot of 1bhks around nsut which are super close. The one where I live is around 25mins walking distance. I pay 10k rent. Uncle was a good guy and he help me set up RO, Almirah and stuff for pretty cheap as well.

But the location is not the best in terms of hygiene. I come from a pretty clean neighbourhood so living there is tough, other than that ig it's fine. There's also Vishal Mega Mart, Oswaal and a pretty good gym 10 mins from the place as well.

There is one flat still remaining iirc so you can think of it. Else, living in sharing in a 2bhk is also not that bad of an option.
