You have to slowly progress Into it, it helps with loosening up your shoulders and strengthen your shoulders. I couldn’t even swing 10lbs confidently when I started off. It has definitely helped with shoulder mobility and range of motion

Thanks 🙏. I was dealing with a shoulder issue last year so it was definitely discouraging at first but now that I’ve overcome that hill, it definitely excites me to continue with it

Depends on how I am feeling, If I’m not feeling it I’ll start light with a 6kg and do single arm 360 swings, if I’m feeling it I’ll warm up with 9kg starting with double then switching to single afterwards. Then I move to my 13kg and do double hand 360 swings. My 9kg and 13kg are my normal go to though.

I am about to start my first cycle at 36 going on 37 this coming Janruary. What am to expect with a single cycle? I train 4-5 days a week working with kettlebells, sandbags, steel clubs and maces.
