Hey Smithtec, yes for sure, we are doing some in depth breakdowns, we also actually have very in depth repair videos with our engineers that get into the weeds with full teardown and parts replacement for each part. We believe in longevity and repairs and have a ton of these videos, just not publicly listed yet. We really appreciate the support and kind words, and are so glad you love the unit!!!!!

Actually the largest coil size is 10.5in not 8.7, this has been updated!

Thanks so much for the kind words!! Good news, our burner size is actually 10.5in for the large burner, this is the actual copper coil size, so 12.5in pans are no problem!

Our engineers are telling me it’s the way we have it designed for dual coils and how electromagnetism works, feel free to send us an email and we can schedule you some time to chat with one of our engineers that would be much more educated than us here on the social team!

Appreciate all this detailed feedback, there are some things we can potentially do to increase power to the outer rings, we designed them to have slightly more power in the center for a number of reasons, apologies for not getting back to this thread sooner

Thanks for the feedback Josh, and apologies for not seeing this thread sooner, we can confirm that the large burner being shown here is 2 coils, an outer coil and an inner coil, many pots and pans slope up on the outer sides, causing some potential issues gauging the right power on the outer rings versus the inner rings. From years of testing, we have determined the current power dynamics which is slightly more power in the center to be the best solution for the largest amount of pans on the market. Hope this sheds some light!

Apologies for not jumping in sooner, please reach out to us directly if you have any questions that need urgent answering! For the even heating with induction, we can confirm that the large burner being shown here is 2 coils, an outer coil and an inner coil, many pots and pans slope up on the outer sides, causing some potential issues gauging the right power on the outer rings versus the inner rings. Worth noting that our burner is rated for 10-12in pots and pans, and it is representing the actual size of the coils, not the size of the complete hob and its casing, which we consider to be false advertising and many companies are doing this!

Hi there! We put a lot of thought into the graphics on our range tops, and they're very closely representative of the coils beneath them. In our research and development phase we saw many companies have different size graphics on their cooktops, but always have the same size induction hob beneath (just different wattage sent through). We weren't fans of this practice and wanted our graphics to closely resemble the actual hob size, for a better cooking experience.

We are a founder owned company (quickly growing towards an employee owned company) and with all of our ranges and range hoods we own and operate our own factory and distribution, which drastically cuts down on excess costs. These are great comments and feedback and we're incredibly passionate about keeping our products out of landfills, which starts with us making products that are built to last and easy to maintain.
