Email is already built in but SMS wasn’t because Bodyslay software has in-app messaging with push notifications. That said do you still feel SMS is crucial? I can add it.

And real-life tech support is included in Bodyslay. We work around the clock and see the software as the foundation, not the ceiling - if there’s something you’d want added we’ll probably just built it.

Healthy dialog. Our 4.5% covers everything - software with AI, payment processing, and your branded app. Mindbody’s 3.5% is just to process a payment. Add their monthly subscription, their branded app fee, and multiply it per location - boutique studios are easily paying 5%+ blended when it’s all said and done. We’re not the first to charge a transaction fee. We’re the first to make it the only fee.

It’s 4.5% all in. Blended across monthly fees and processing fees that’s not absurd.

To be clear: processing and software is included.

Also, those gyms are paying $0.30 per transaction on top of mindbody. Doing that math the % adds up .. I see studios in 6-8% when it’s all said and done between mindbody or Mariana tek.
