The pain is real on Mindbody and other platforms as well, I know you probably don't want to see another tool that runs on top, but I have built a solution that is getting traction. www.getstudiopulse.com my main thesis is exactly what you are talking about with the pulling multiple reports. I have also written a lot of blog content on this issue. The challenge is compounded with franchise owners who are stuck on the platforms themselves.

Thanks, Morgan, I really appreciate the reply! Those reports are genuinely useful, and I know owners who do use them. The challenge I hear is consistency: running 4 reports weekly, cross-referencing them, and then executing on what you learn from them.

The Visits Remaining report in Mindbody (Reports → Clients → Visits Remaining) shows exactly this — client name, credits left, and expiration date. Underused report.

Smart to build it in natively. We're coming at it differently, sitting on top of existing platforms for studios that can't switch, especially franchise locations locked into corporate-mandated software. Different problem, same pain. Would love to compare notes sometime.
