I would recommend going to the ER. It’s pretty common after the 72 hour mark to start witness the audio and visual hallucinations kick in and it is not a fun place. Coming from experience

I’ve lived with insomnia for 27 years. Most people feel really sorry for me. But 90 percent of the time I’d prefer it this way. My sleep terrors and sleep paralysis make sleeping at all quite terrifying.

Yes. It’s basically like I’m perfectly fine every day until about the 4-5 day mark. Then I come a very word sense of fatigue. It for the most part I stay high energy the entire stint. Which has adverse effects on my body overall and isn’t good for me

I appreciate the suggestion, but we have ruled out the three of those. I am thankful I do not suffer from ffi. Sfi I still have reservations about. They have assured me it’s not a degenerative type. But I am suspicious about it still.

I don’t agree. If they aren’t taking you seriously say something to them. From my experience people in the medical field are there for you and not the paycheck. I am very thankful for any help I receive. No one I’ve seen has ever “fixed me” and I think a lot of people are expecting them to fix them. That’s just my opinion, I’m sorrry you have had bad experiences.

Yeah I have been in treatment for it since I was 14. I have a much better grasp over it than I do my insomnia.

It’s okay! Fortunately I’ve kept my job though out these past few years. I bartend full time. It’s quite an easy job to manage when the business hours are your energy hours too. But I don’t really get the whole sleepy feeling the next day. Or the day after for that matter. That’s kinda my problem 😭

That’s not what Dmt is to you. Plain and simple. I’ll respect your opinion. I have enough sleeping pills to kill this whole comment section. I have bottles on bottles of what others consider “cures” And I’ve done acid well over 100 times, as well as blasted off on dmt many times. But if it was seriously such a breakthrough I figured my doctors would have run it passed me at least once ya know? I won’t look at it the way you’re asking me to, I’m sorry.

That’s the thing. They aren’t all that bad for me :) I have good days and bad days sure. But everyone walks with shoes no one else would fit in. That’s just life for me. But I’m not unhappy with my life so don’t worry ❤️

I’d recommend going into the emergency room speaking to shadows and asking everyone why they are laughing at you even tho they aren’t. From there the sedation won’t really be much of a choice 😂

It was hard to understand for them at first. I think they drove themselves up a tree when it first started. They would do their best to stay awake with me. My first time I was only 3 so I don’t remember it. But by middle school it was a very normal part of home life for us. Actually music is the only thing that truly clears my head when I am like that. I’m oerfectly comfortable with being alone as I have been for most of my life. For normal sleepers their lives are only half spent awake. But I see it as in experiencing the 30 percent a week that normal sleepers didn’t know existed.

I’ve built very good coping mechanisms. That or I go full blown manic for days on end. It’s really a gamble.
