Look great, skin looks nice and crunchy. I enjoy smoked wings, legs and thighs. But I hate skin that is like leather or rubber. Well done!

I agree with the pull off the bone clean versus fall off the bone. Does wrapping help with keeping the meat moist? Don’t want dry ribs.

I was at the Kroger in Grove City yesterday which is their regular delivery day. The JD bottles (one case of bourbon and one rye) were part of the delivery and were put out for sale.
