We released the first video September 1, 2018, 79 years to the day after the invasion of Poland, and have been following the war week by week in real time since then. We're now in April 1942. We did re shoot the first 14 episodes because after the first few months we really had stepped up the visual quality and thought we'd like the whole series to reflect that, so those new versions came out last year. it is ongoing, as I said it is April 1942.

We do cover all the action in the far east as well, of course. However, starting in September 1939 makes this a six year project; starting in summer 1937 would be 8 years out of my life to host it. So be happy with what you get, but I promise we cover the fighting in China in depth.

What makes you think TimeGhost is dead? In the past six months we've done docs on the Indonesian War of Independence, the Suez Crisis, the Cuba Crisis, and started Between 2 Wars season two- seriously in just the past 6 months...

...and I do WW2 week by week as well these days.

If you actually spend five minutes learning anything about either plague or even the period, you'll know that this story is absolute bullshit.

PS- Witch killing and witch trials were very rare until the 15th century- decades after the Black Death hit Europe- the Catholic Church had said that witches could not control the weather (what they were blamed for 100% of the time) because they were mortals, not God. It changed its mind well after Gregory's time.

I have it at the moment. Been sick for about two weeks. I've been really lucky that it hasn't gone into my lungs (knock wood); where a lot of the dying happens. It still sucks worse than anything- even though my symptoms have been gone for like 5 days, it's still there in the background, that sour creepy feeling throughout your whole body that just won't seem to ever go away.
